Shipping Policy
We know waiting on an order can be frustrating — we feel it too. That’s why we do our best to get every order out the door as quickly as possible. While we can’t control carrier delays once a package is in transit, we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong and make sure your order reaches you.
Please note: once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, transit times are outside of our control. For example, if you select a Priority or Express service and the carrier does not deliver within their stated timeframe, we are unable to issue refunds for carrier delays.
Processing & Handling Time

Most items are handmade, so please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

We do not typically ship on weekends due to post office closures.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and do not include our processing time.

Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via USPS, which has proven to be reliable for our customers.
If your address does not accept USPS put a note in your order!
Photo Fly Boxes
Photo fly boxes require additional handling and currently have a processing time of 2–3 business days.
If you need a rush order, please contact us prior to purchasing and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Custom Made Shirts - Drinkware - Journals
These items are CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER so please allow 5-7 days to be shipped out. They ship directly from our partner via UPS or First Class USPS. This message appears on our custom made items that require extra processing time.
*Priority shipping is not currently an option on drop shipped items so please don't select at checkout.
